About Me
- Chef Ziehl
- I am a 54 year old food enthusiast that loves to cook and I have been able to retire from my life’s work giving me the time and resources to attend the Culinary Institute of America full time so I can learn as much as I can about becoming a chef. I do not my plan to work in or open a restaurant at this time I just want to learn to be the best chef I can be.
This is going to be a very interesting and entertaining journey. :-)

I'm surprised the CIA didn't also require a psychlogical evaluation test - being 54 and going back to college! Are you crazy?
